Lesley came from an IT and scientific background working within management and research for over a decade. Working as a trainer within a large multinational pharmaceutical company provided the springboard self employment and to provide training solutions for companies. She has worked with leading trainers throughout the UK to provide NLP led training programmes to help deal with behavioural and attitudinal issues such as customer care, sales, smoking cessation, weight, motivation and wellbeing.
Lesley says: “Anyone can make dramatic changes in their lives. The key to successful change is understanding the desire, realising the obstacles and creating a compelling outcome.”

Karen trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, going on to appear in a variety of theatrical productions before taking drama into the work place. Working closely with Scottish tourism she worked as a tour guide in Edinburgh, and latterly has worked closely with tour guides training them in voice and presentation skills. Karen has a genuine passion to use drama in schools and business to develop customer care, confidence and presentation skills.
Karen says: “My experience is that by using drama coaching combined with various drama techniques is a hugely effective way to draw out the confidence, inner belief and self worth of both adults and children, helping them to fulfil the potential.”

Aileen has worked for many years within financial services at a strategic HR level. She has played key roles in a variety of organisations whilst they were going through cultural change in the form of restructuring, redundancies and managing change; offering HR, training and coaching support. Latterly Aileen has been providing HR and coaching services to empower new managers within a call centre environment.
Aileen says: “Cultural Change within businesses can be simplified by taking time to communicate and involve the individuals. Our aim is to create an inclusive training programme that meets the needs of all; the sponsor, the individual, the team/ department and the business.”

For the past 12 years David has been providing facilitation, consultation and mentoring service for clients throughout Scotland and the UK. The foundation of which derives from Dimensional Management, a business transformational tool, this combined with his business expertise, practical advice and industry knowledge supports teams, directors and senior board members. Previous experience included the travel industry, where he was part of a team that built a chain of travel agencies from 27 branches to approx 158 over a period of 7 years.
David says: “Business development can only exist when the business dares to develop its people, its processes and its thinking. It’s my role to become the catalyst for change and development by asking the right questions and by providing the appropriate tools.”

Following a career in HR Management specialising in senior management development with Scottish and Newcastle Diane has taken her HR expertise along with learning and personal development to provide consultancy and coaching. For over 5 years Diane has supplied executive coaching, coaching programmes, group facilitation, team building, customer care and HR consultancy to a range of public and private companies.
